These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of clearvucam.com and any purchase you make from ClearVU Camera Solutions LLC (“ClearVU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
We work hard to keep prices, product details, and fitment information accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust any affected order. If we do, we’ll contact you first.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Discount codes can’t be combined unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, and may expire.
Buy-now-pay-later options (such as Klarna and Affirm) are provided by those companies and subject to their own terms.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free anywhere in the lower 48 states. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are shown at checkout.
Most orders ship from Buffalo, NY. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and location.
Canadian orders may be charged import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on delivery. The customer is responsible for these charges.
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge to reship it.
If your order arrives damaged, or a part is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Returns and refunds

30-day returns: you can return unused, uninstalled kits in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return: email customerservice@clearvucam.com with your order number before you send anything back, and we’ll give you return instructions.
Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Installed items: kits that have been installed, drilled, cut, or modified can’t be returned. Defects are covered under our warranty (see below).
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges: ordered the wrong kit for your vehicle? Contact us before you install it, and we’ll help you get the right one.
Cancellations: to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that haven’t shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped follow the return policy above.

Warranty

ClearVU kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. If a ClearVU component fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, or modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also doesn’t cover your vehicle’s own parts, such as the washer pump, wiring, or camera. To make a warranty claim, email us your order number, a description of the problem, and photos.

Fitment and installation

Use the vehicle search on our site to pick the right kit, and contact us if you’re not sure. You’re responsible for confirming that the kit you order fits your vehicle.
Installation involves drilling and working with your vehicle’s washer system. Follow our installation instructions and videos carefully. If you’re not comfortable doing the work yourself, use a ClearVU installer.
Installers are independent businesses, not ClearVU employees. Their work, pricing, and any warranty on their labor are between you and the installer.
Always make sure your backup camera view is clear before you reverse. ClearVU helps keep your camera clean, but it doesn’t replace safe driving.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, video, or other content, you confirm it’s yours to share, and you let us use, display, and share it in connection with ClearVU (including on our website and social media). We may decline or remove submissions that are false, offensive, or unrelated to our products.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by ClearVU or its licensors and protected by law, including text, photos, videos, logos, installation guides, and drill templates. You may use our installation materials to install your own ClearVU kit, but you may not copy, sell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the warranty described above, the site and our products are provided “as is,” to the fullest extent the law allows. ClearVU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage caused by improper installation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states and provinces don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. They don’t affect orders placed before the change.
